AFTER LOGGING IN...

Once you are logged into the service you are presented with a consistent
and easy to use web-based interface.
From your home page you have immediate access to your most recent open
vacancies, and the latest candidate responses you have received
(regardless of where they were advertised!).

FINDING JOB BOARDS...
|
|
PostingPal has an extensive search engine for locating job boards
available on our job posting network. Search by geographical
location, speciality and more.
Since the job boards themselves maintain their information pages,
we are confident that they will be both accurate and informative.

ADDING YOUR VACANCY...
|
|
We have deliberated long and hard to ensure that the
page that you use to add your vacancy is both comprensive
and easy to use.
It will even warn you if you exceed the maximum job description
length for any of the job boards that
you are subscribed to!

POSTING AT THE CLICK OF A MOUSE...
|
|
PostingPal allows you to send your vacancy to the job boards
that you are subscribed to at the click of a mouse. We support
job categories, which helps to maximise exposure of your
vacancy on your chosen job boards.
In the rare event that your vacancy fails to post, you are
notified immediately via E-Mail (eg. if there is a problem
with the job board).

MANAGING YOUR RESPONSES...
|
|
You will receive responses to your advertisements in your
E-Mail Inbox. However, you will also be able to manage
the responses through PostingPal.
You can change the status of the candidate responses
at any time (eg. Keep In Mind, Interview and so on), view responses
for a particular vacancy and even file the CV in your personal searchable
'CV Bank' for future reference!
